Taking time for ourselves is not a luxury; it's a necessity. In today's fast paced world, the need to pause and reflect is more important than ever. Yet giving ourselves time and space, without distraction, is considered a luxury as we habitually normalize our ever more hectic, busy lives.
Retreats help us to step back, take a breather and get a handle on how we are living and relating in our daily lives. We can begin to notice if these behaviours are benefitting or harming us. During the retreat I offer practices that help us feel more connected and receptive and open.
With the support of a daily mindful yoga practise, time, space, a beautiful nurturing environment and nourishing food, retreat participants have experienced real change, rest and mental clarity. They leave feeling more energised and more flexible both in body and mind and with a sense of calm - feeling more centered and with a deeper understanding of themselves.
